Matt has an extensive background in corporate controller responsibilities as well as managerial cost accounting. Matt has served as an officer of a $50 million closely held corporation that specialized in supplying rubber floor coverings to the automotive and heavy truck industries. Also, Matt served as Cost Accounting Manager, Lean Manufacturing Manager, and Controller for Collins & Aikman—Athens’ TN Plant (formally Textron Automotive Inc.), a $150 million tier one automotive supplier plant. While Lean Manufacturing Manager at Collin’s and Aikman, Matt helped lead the plant in winning the esteemed IndustryWeek’s Top 10 Best Plant Award. Presently, Matt is an officer of Universal Services Corporation (USC) in charge of business system controls, property development, and financial management. In addition to his USC responsibilities, Matt is a principal in Third Tennessee Realty and Associates, LLC. Matt’s focus is on commercial sales and residential development.

He holds his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Associates of Science in Business Management Technology.
